Asbestos, a health problem. How can we get it out of the buildings?

The Association of Technical Architects and Building Engineers of Barcelona (Caateeb), within its "Construction Dialogues" cycles, warned last Monday of the risk to public health posed by asbestos and the need for the Administration to draw up a work plan to remove products containing this carcinogenic mineral.

Our CEO, Dr. Carme Plasencia, the pulmonologist Josep Tarrés, and the engineer Lara Trujillo have participated in this debate in which they have underlined the importance of "making the public aware of the danger it represents", for the population.
